His keen interest in making things happen, and in translating leadership concepts into pragmatic applications, lead him into the field of Leadership Mentoring and Development. On behalf of the China Training Centre for Senior Personnel Management Officials he led the April sessions on Leadership in their 1996 Management & Leadership Program in Beijing.
Ever since 1987 the faculty of the LEADER ACADEMY – an intense development and mentoring process for (executive) teams – have been committed to achieving changes in the way key executives and their teams make things happen on the individual, team and organisational levels. For over two decades, we also have been passionately engaged in leadership mentoring and development across South(ern) Africa. By blending a European perspective with local wisdom, we offer fresh, culturally relevant options to support leaders in shaping a future that is both forward-thinking and practical while being deeply rooted in Africa’s core values of Ubuntu : survival, spirit of solidarity, compassion, respect and dignity.
